Does your breath burn you? No. This poses no risk to the birds drinking. I think your article on that subject is completely off and if my heated birdbath is giving off vapor, not steam as you claim in the article, my birds love it. You should talk to the physics department about water vapor and evaporation. I’m not going into it with you. If you need a physics lesson, feel free to contact me.
